January 2020: Woman Performance born to give Education to Female Athletes, Coaches and Parents about Female Physiology to improve Performance and the health of Women.
March 2020: Creation of the Women Performance social community, online education, workshops, with monthly newsletters.
December 2020: More than 200 Women between 13 and 65 years old have already signed up to our comunity.
June 2021: 17 Online Workshops have been conducted.
March 2022: Live Workshops has been conducted during sportss competitions and teams training sessions.
November 2022: Woman Performance athletes have been winning races, online courses are available, workshops keep active.
